Summer Term - 2008
Sunday, October 26, 2008 at 1:00PM at the UIC Pavilion.
All graduating students must print a copy of these documents, Form E [PDF] and Form NI [PDF], fill out the appropriate one, and bring it with you to your mandatory senior appointment with your career advisor prior to week 8 of your final term. If you will be conducting a job search you need to bring your resume to this appointment as well. Senior appointments are held in the Career Services Office, Room 252. Call 630-652-8601 to schedule an appointment.
Students are eligible to participate in the ceremony upon successful completion of their program's requirements. All students are required to fill out a graduation application; online, or in their Career Services office, prior to entering their final semester. Potential graduates must provide any outside transcripts in a timely manner to be eligible for graduation (contact the Registrars Office at 630-652-8370).
Graduation is an exciting time, and in order to make your final term as stress free as possible, the Registrar, Student Finance, and Career Services sponsor "Senior Days". Senior Days provides an opportunity to confirm graduation eligibility, pick up honor cords (if applicable), order cap & gown with Jostens, attend a loan and exit interview. Students are informed by mail of their scheduled Senior Days, which normally occur about six weeks prior to graduation.
